About the MoU & PRAGATI Initiative
Avakaza Geoscience Research Technologies (AGSRT) has officially signed an MoU with Government Engineering College Barton Hill (GECBH), Thiruvananthapuram and Technology & Policy Learning Centre (TPLC) to establish PRAGATI — Planning, Research & Analytics in Geospatial & Translational Innovation.
This Public–Private Partnership (PPP) Centre of Excellence aims to bridge the gap between academic research and industry innovation by integrating advanced GIS, Remote Sensing, and AI technologies into education, research, and real-world projects.

Event Highlights — MoU Signing Ceremony
The MoU signing ceremony took place on 10th October 2025 at Government Engineering College Barton Hill. The event marked the formal launch of PRAGATI — a major step toward advancing geospatial learning and innovation in Kerala.
